New Delhi, July 27 (ANI): The alliance of RJD, JD (U) and the Congress to contest the by-elections in 10 assembly constituencies of Bihar has resulted in mixed reactions by political leaders of different parties. Congress leader Rashid Alvi said that the alliance was a good step forward and would lead to the defeat of BJP in the state. RJD leader Manoj Jha stated that they have set a good example by looking over individual differences and forming an alliance, not only for their own benefit but for the benefit of Bihar. On the other hand, Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi from the BJP slammed the alliance sarcastically saying that RJD and JD (U) had come up as a force against Congress but now it would be interesting to see for how long such an alliance is able to function.
