Micromax's subsidiary YU Televentures Ltd is geared up for the Yureka flash sale on 26 February.

The company's official e-commerce site Amazon India will host the flash sale on Thursday at 2:00pm. The good news is that there will 30,000 units up for grabs, which is double to last week's flash sale. 

Though the number is the biggest compared to previous flash sales, we believe all units will get sold out in seconds, considering that there will be a minimum of 1 lakh registered users vying to buy.

Micromax has to scale up the production line to bridge the demand-supply gap or else buyers will go for alternative brands in India.

Coming back to the sale, prospective Yureka buyers are advised to register at the Amazon India website [HERE] to become eligible for the upcoming flash sale.

If you are already a registered user, you need not re-apply. You can just join the waiting list and try your luck again on 26 February.

For the uninitiated, Micromax YU Yureka sports a 5.5-inch HD display and run on the Cyanogen CM12S (based on Android 4.4.4 KitKat) OS powered by the Snapdragon 615 Octa-core processor with 2GB RAM and 16GB inbuilt memory and 2500 mAh battery, which can run the phone for close to 210 hours in standby mode.
