After launching a slew of smartphones and feature phones for the Indian market under its 'Bharat' series, it looks like Micromax is all set to launch a new smartphone for the international market under the 'Bolt' series lineup. The new Micromax Bolt Q3001 has been listed on the company's official website.

However, the new smartphone will not be launched in India and is meant only for international markets. Judging by the specs, the Micromax Bolt Q3001 is likely meant for markets like Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.

The Micromax Bolt Q3001 is an entry-level smartphone featuring a smallish 4-inch TFT display. It is powered by a 1.2GHz Spreadtrum SC773 quad-core processor that's mated to a beefy 4GB of RAM and offers 32GB internal storage. The phone's inbuilt storage can be expanded further via microSD card (up to 32GB).

The Bolt Q3001 comes with a 5MP rear camera and a 2MP front-facing selfie shooter.

On the connectivity front, the handset offers 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, FM Radio and GPS. The Micromax Bolt Q3001 measures 125.5x64.5x10.7mm and weighs a surprisingly light 111.5 grams. It is backed by a 1,400mAh battery that is touted to deliver up to 200 hours of standby time.

The Micromax Bolt Q3001 comes pre-loaded with apps like Askme, Chaatz, Clean Master, Dr. Safety, Hotstar, Housing, News Hunt, Paytm, Quickr, Snapdeal, and Reverie. It also has runs a few Opera Max games out of the box.

The dual-SIM smartphone runs Android 6.1 Marshmallow operating system.

The pricing and availability details of the Micromax Bolt Q3001have not been officially announced yet.

Meanwhile, Micromax recently launched its second FullView 18:9 display smartphone called the Canvas Infinity Pro in India for Rs 13,999. More recently, it also launched the Bharat 5 smartphone with a 5000mAh battery for Rs 5,555.
