Micromax Mobile's newly launched A110 Superfone Canvas 2, a smartphone-tablet hybrid, is now up for grabs at a price tag of ₹9,999.

Earlier in October, the budget smartphone maker had been taking pre-orders for its latest A110 Superfone Canvas 2, which is a successor to Canvas A100 smartphone launched in August 2011.

On the connectivity front, the device comes with WIFI, Bluetooth 3.0 with A2DP and support for 3G connections. Canvas 2 A110 will be available in two colour versions of Jet Black and Calm White.

The indigenous mobile telephone manufacturer had been in the smartphone market since March 2008. Some of the devices launched by the company were even capable of competing with high end products coming from Amazon, Samsung and Nokia. Other companies like Mercury, Milagrow, Karbonn, iBall, Spice and Wishtel are also seeking to gain a strong foothold in the Android smartphone market by introducing budget-friendly devices.
