New Delhi, Oct 10 (ANI): MeT Department scientist Dr. M Mohapatra on Thursday informed that the cyclone Phailin will be affecting Andhra Pradesh as well as Odisha. He also added that as per the research reports on Thursday, the cyclone storm is 800 km far in Southeast region. He also said that heavy fall will occur in coastal district of Odisha
