"Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi" has thrown in decent amount of twists, but none have worked in its favour. While the viewers have expressed their resentment over the ongoing track on social media, some reports suggest how the TRP ratings have gone for a toss.
According to the recent buzz, the show will take a two-year-leap post which new cast additions will take place.
Mohit Abrol of "Pyaar Ko Ho Jaane Do" fame has reportedly been cast opposite Radhika Madan (Ishani) in the show.
"His character Nirbhay will be on the lines of Ronit Roy's character in Bandini. Dolly Sohi will enter as Ishani's mother-in-law," The Times of India quoted a source as saying. Deep Jaitly and Sunny Ahuja will also enter the show.
Meanwhile, Shikhar (Arjun Bijlani) is back to save Ranveer (Shakti Arora).
The question now is, if Ishani is to be paired opposite Mohit's character, what place will RV hold in her life? Will they split forever or is this just another bump in the road?
In other news Ritika (Smriti Khanna) has returned to avenge the wrongs done to her. She was to marry Ranveer when Ishani ruined it for her by exposing her big, fat lie.
