Srinagar, Oct 9 (ANI): Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Wednesday said the situation in Keran is not like a second Kargil as hyped by the media. Omar added infiltration attempts from Pakistan keeps going on, especially before the onset of winter.
