New Delhi, Jan 13 (ANI): Union Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj discussed issues related to militancy and UN Security Council with United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, said foreign ministry spokesperson Syed Akbaruddin. Ban, who is in India on a three-day visit, was the keynote speaker and the guest of honour at the investment summit, Vibrant Gujarat, in Prime Minister Narendra Modis home state of Gujarat. He met Swaraj and held discussions on peace and security, climate change reforms, and other important issues. He said India was among one of the largest contributors of the UN peace keeping operations. Speaking over the upcoming visit of US President Barack Obama, Akbaruddin said India was enthusiastic about his visit.
