New Delhi, Jan 03 (ANI):BSP chief Mayawati on Tuesday lashed out at prime minister Narendra Modi for ignoring Dalit icons while awarding Bharat Ratna to Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Madan Mohan Malviya. Mayawati said that Vajpayee should get the Bharat Ratna but also demanded that the award be conferred on Dalit icons like Kanshiram as well. Reacting over this the BJP slammed Mayawti for trying to draw controversy over the Bharat Ratna.
