The music of upcoming movie 'Masss" is one of the most-awaited, though fans know what to expect from the Yuvan Shankar Raja-Suriya combination. Now, the latest news about the upcoming movie has come as a delightful surprise to many.

The news is that music composer S Thaman too will have his share in the movie as a guest composer. Reports say the composer has tuned in a mass number with elements of love and romance in it.

"Apparently music director Thamanis a guest composer for the film, and has composed one song in it. This song is said to be a massy 'gaana' number with an 'ode to love' feel," reported popular Tamil movie website Behindwoods.

The report also said the team of "Masss" is currently shooting for the song in Chennai.

Yuvan Shankar Raja has been part of all previous five Venkat Prabhu movies and this is the composer's seventh film with Suriya, after "Povellam Kettupar", "Nandha", "Mounam Pesiyathe", "Perazhagan", "Vel" and "Anjaan".

The music composer is also composing songs for Nayanthara for the eighth time. They have previously worked together for films like "Kalvanin Kadhali", "Vallavan Billa", "Yaradi Nee Mohini", "Aegan", "Boss Engira Bhaskaran" and "Arrambam".

"Masss" is touted to be a fantasy thriller and the movie has already creating so much hype that it is seen as one of the big releases of 2015. The movie also has a versatile star cast comprising Pranitha Subhash, Premgi Amaren, Parthiban, Samthirakano, Karunan, Simran, Sanjay Bharathi, Vidhyulekha Raman, Riyaz Khan and Ganesh.

The screenplay of "Masss" has been written jointly by Venkat Prabhu and Madhan Karky and the cinematography is being done by RD Rajashekar. The upcoming movie is being produced by Studio Green.
