Maruti Suzuki's YBA compact SUV, probably one of the most-talked-about cars among auto enthusiasts in the country, is just a few months away from its launch in India. Now, a test mule of Maruti's upcoming YBA has seen spied in the country once again, this time at Hatu Peak, Himachal Pradesh.

The YBA has already made innumerable appearances on the web through spy pics and leaked reports, and auto lovers have a fairly good picture of what to expect on the arrival of this sub-four-metre SUV. The latest spy shots of the still heavily camouflaged YBA were caught on camera by a member of Team BHP forum.

Likely to cost between Rs 5.5 lakh and Rs 8.2 lakh, YBA is expected to make its India debut at the Auto Expo 2016, which is scheduled to happen in February.

The engine line-up of the YBA SUV is expected to include 1.2-litre K-Series engine and 1.3-litre Fiat-sourced diesel engine. The YBA SUV is speculated to come paired to a five-speed manual transmission and could also get Maruti's latest SHVS (Smart Hybrid Vehicle System) technology.

To be pitted against Ford EcoSport and Mahindra TUV300 in India, Maruti YBA is expected to include multi-function steering wheel, touchscreen SmartPlay system, fabric seats and automatic climate control system.

As for styling, the Maruti YBA SUV is likely to get big front grille, projector headlights with integrated LED daytime running lights.
