Lohardaga, March 29 (ANI): Maoist extremists threatened the people of Lohardaga district in Jharkhand by distributing pamphlets asking people to boycott the upcoming general elections in the country. The pamphlet also warns of "actions" by Maoists, if people participate in the upcoming general elections. Inspector general of the Ranchi, MS Bhatia, said that the administration is perfectly ready to deal with the threat posed by Maoist during the elections. An expert on Maoist issues, Dheerendra Vidyarthi, is of the view that administration would need to deal with a number of problems to organise successful elections in the isolated regions of Jharkhand. Vidyarthi further added that the central government need a clear strategy and great work to find a solution to the growing problem of Maoists.
