Ranchi, Feb 16 (ANI): Maoists on Sunday released abducted official in Ranchi amid strong pressure from the administration. An engineer who was working for Siddhartha Construction Company was abducted from Bundu area near Ranchi by Maoists on February 13. Engineer Pankaj Kumar was supervising construction of a bridge, which comes under the ambit of Ranchi police administration. The superintendent of police of rural Ranchi, Surendra Jha, said that the main priority of police was to bring back the abducted engineer safely.
