Jharkhand, Jan 23 (ANI): Maoists blew up a village council building in rebel infested Jharkhand damaging a major portion of the structure by a powerful blast smashing its doors and windows. Kisku said that he heard two explosions at night. However, no person was harmed due to the blast.
