Aizawl, Nov 16 (ANI): Addressing a rally in Aizwal in Mizoram, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said that UPA government have worked hard and resulted in many positive developments in the state in the last nine years. He also talked about various policies that UPA government brought about for the welfare of the state. He said that Former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi have shared a special connection with the state, and so does Congress party representing it in the Lok Sabha for over years now.
