New Delhi, March 27 (ANI): I&B Minister Manish Tewari on Thursday condemned BJP leader Arun Jaitley for commenting over his inability to contest elections due to health reasons. He further said that he would be unable to participate in the election campaigning procedure properly due to poor health conditions.
