The third song of "Vikramadithyan", directed by Lal Jose, has been released. The song begins with the lines "Manassin Thinkale" and is rendered by Shahabaz Aman. The lyric is written by Vayalar Sarath and is tuned by Bijipal.

The song features Dulquer Salmaan, Unni Mukundan, Namitha Pramod, Lena and Anoop Menon. The song deals with childhood memories and nostalgic thoughts of Dulquer, Unni Mukundan and Namitha Pramod.

Jomon T John's fabulous cinematography adds to the mood of the song. The cinematographer has beautifully captured the locations of Mattancherry, Fort Kochi and other parts of Ernakulam.

The "Vikramadithyan" team had earlier released two songs, both tuned by Bijipal. Both the songs are already among the top songs of the season.

The title song "Manathe Chandanakkeru" is sung by Pushpavathi and is written by Engandiyoor Chandrashekaran on the theme, "lost love." Another song, "Mazhanila Kulirumai", is a romantic number featuring Dulquer Salmaan and Namitha Pramod and is rendered by Najeem Arshad and Soumya TR. The lyric of this song is written by Santhosh Varma.

The film tells the story about love, hatred and friendship between Vikraman (Unni Mukundan), Adithyan (Dulquer Salmaan) and Deepthi Pai (Namitha Pramod). The cast includes Nivin Pauly, Joy Mathew, Anoop Menon and Lena.

"Vikramadithyan" is scripted by Iqbal Kuttipuram.  It is also expected to be a well-crafted film as Lal Jose–Iqbal Kuttipuram team have earlier made well-acclaimed films including "Arabikkatha" (2007) and "Diamond Necklace" (2012).

Lal Jose's last film was "Ezhu Sundara Rathrikal" (2013) starring Dileep and Rima Kallingal in the lead. The film also had Murali Gopi, Parvathy Nambiar, Harishree Ashokan, Tini Tom, Vijayaraghavan and Suraj Venjaramoodu in pivotal roles. The film, however, was not a huge success and received mixed reactions.

"Vikramadithyan" is produced under the banner of LJ Films. It is one of the much-awaited films of the year and is set to release for Ramzan on 25 July.
