New Delhi, Feb 05 (ANI): Just as campaigning in Delhi came to an end on Thursday, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee urged the people of Delhi to vote for the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Assembly polls. Banerjee took to twitter saying, "Delhi elections on (Feb) 7. My request to all of you in Delhi to please vote for AAP. For the greater need of the country and development in Delhi." The contest in Delhi is a very close fight between the BJP and the AAP, which is fronted by Arvind Kejriwal. The AAP and the Bharatiya Janata Party are the main contenders for power in election for the 70-member Delhi assembly. Meanwhile, reacting on the same, BJP leader Sambit Patra said that Banerjee is supporting AAP because thy both represent corruption and scams.
