A new set of spy shots of Mahindra's upcoming 110cc scooter G101 has emerged online ahead of its speculated launch in September.

In the latest set of spy shots posted by BikeWale , the new scooter which is expected to be called Zesto has shed its camouflage and thus giving us an insight into what it has in store for the two-wheeler lovers in the country. Going by the report, Mahindra is likely to offer Zesto in three colours - red, white and black.

In the images, new Mahindra scooter is seen flaunting a Kinetic Blaze inspired front look with air vents and turn indicators and we can also see Mahindra logo on the front panel of the scooter. The rear-end profile of the new Zesto includes grab rail and tail-lamp, which integrates stop lamp, reflectors and indicators.

Expected to offer a fuel efficiency of 60 kmpl, Mahindra Zesto will feature disc breaks in front wheel and drum break in rear wheel and is likely to get Centuro like the flip key and auto-lock mechanism. Other features expected in Zesto include MRF Nylogrip tyres, telescopic front forks, a new instrument console, an analogue fuel gauge and archetypal switch-gear.

Mahindra has remained coy about its first 110cc scooter, but it is expected to feature air-cooled four-stroke single-cylinder 106.7cc engine, which can pump in a power of 8.5 PS and peak torque of 8.5 Nm, coupled to a CVT.

The scooter will rival the segment's current front runners Honda Activa, Dio, TVS Jupiter Yamaha Ray, Alpha and Hero Maestro. In order to stay ahead of the competition, Mahindra is likely to price its new Zesto in the ₹50,000 brackets.

We do not know yet the exact launch date of the Zesto in the country, but the word is that the scooter will see the light of the day by mid-September.

Besides Zesto, the two-wheeler enthusiasts are also waiting to see the launch of Mojo 300 and new Centuro in India. Centuro, with disc brake, is expected to pack the same microchip-ignited 5-Curve (MCi-5) engine under the hood, which can churn out a peak power of 8.5 hp and a peak torque of 8.5 Nm.
