Mahindra has been testing the four-door version of its small electric hatchback Reva e2o on the Indian roads for quite some time now. Even as the company continues testing its electric car in India, one such prototype has been snapped again, this time in Benagluru.

Mahindra Reva e2o, the model that primarily targets the overseas market, is rumoured to be previewed at India's upcoming biggest auto carnival -- Auto Expo 2016.  It was reported earlier that the company, which has made its presence felt in Nepal and a few cities in India, is looking to set foot in the European market soon.

In terms of style and design, from the spy shots of Anything on Wheels, the four-door version of Reva e2o seems to have retained the same look as the current model, but with elongated rear and the added rear door. Although the test mule in the images is seen covered completely, there seems to be a new restyled rear bumper.

As for features, expect the new e2o to also house power steering and electric OVRMs. Mahindra Reva e2o 2-door version is powered by an electric motor that is driven by 48-volt lithium-ion batteries, which can generate 19 kW of power at 3,750 RPM and 53.9 Nm of torque at 0-3,000 RPM. Manufactured at the company's Bangalore plant, Reva e2o has a top speed of 81kmph.
