Nashik, Oct 10 (ANI): Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi while addressing a rally in Nashik on Friday claimed that Maharashtra is much ahead of Gujarat in terms of development. He added that Prime Minister Narendra Modi need not turn Maharashtra like Gujarat.
