Bollywood stars Madhuri Dixit Nene and Juhi Chawla attended the press conference for their upcoming film "Gulaab Gang." The event also saw the presence of choreographer Saroj Khan, who has choreographed the songs in the film.

Madhuri will be seen with Juhi on the screen for the first time in "Gulaab Gang". Both the actresses were contemporaries in the 1990s, but have never worked together before.

"It happens once in a lifetime when we get a script where we can work together with such dedication. I don't imagine that we will again work (together). That's why the film is exciting for us as actors," The Hindustan Times quoted Juhi.

"Gulaab Gang" is a story about a group of women activist who support and raise awareness about women empowerment. The trailer of the film, which was released on 10 January, has generated a lot of expectation among fans.

When asked about the film, Madhuri said: "The Censor Board people loved the movie, the critics have loved the movie and ever since the film has released, I am happy with the response," reported  Emirates 24/7.

"Gulaab Gang" is scheduled for a 23 March release, a day prior to International Women Day.

Directed by debutant Soumik Sen, the film also stars Divya Jagdale, Priyanka Bose, Tannishtha Chatterjee and Shilpa Shukla
