Madhav Sheth's Ai expands into wearables with NovaWatch lineup; launch set for Q1 2026

Madhav Sheth's Ai+ has announced its entry into the wearable category with the launch of NovaWatch, a new smartwatch lineup designed around health, safety and personal expression. The range will debut in India in the first quarter of 2026 and will be available nationwide via Flipkart and selected offline retail partners.

The NovaWatch portfolio includes four models—Active, Wearbuds, Kids Geo Fencing 4G, and Rotatecam 4G — targeted at different types of users. According to the company, the lineup reflects its belief that wearables should be designed around how people actually live, rather than around technology alone.

NovaWatch Active is positioned as an everyday smartwatch focused on essential health and wellness tracking. It is designed for users who want a simple and accessible experience, offering core fitness and health metrics in a clean, familiar form factor intended to be easy to use from the first day.

NovaWatch Wearbuds is the flagship model and introduces what Ai+ describes as a first-of-its-kind concept — a smartwatch with built-in Bluetooth earphones. The product combines timekeeping, health tracking and audio in a single wearable, aiming to reduce the need for carrying multiple devices while maintaining a fashion-forward design.

For families, the Kids Geo Fencing 4G watch focuses on safety and connectivity. It allows parents to stay in touch with their children while avoiding the complexity and exposure associated with giving young users a smartphone. The watch is designed to provide reassurance through simple communication and location awareness.

Rotatecam 4G model is targeted at users who see wearables as a form of personal expression. Its rotating camera introduces a playful, creator-oriented element to the smartwatch experience, pairing visual utility with bold design.

Commenting on the launch, Madhav Sheth, CEO of Ai+ Smartphone and Founder of NxtQuantum Shift Technologies, said the company wanted to move beyond technology-centric design.

"Wearables are becoming part of everyday life, but many products still feel designed around technology rather than people. With NovaWatch, we focused on how these devices are actually worn and used across different aspects of life, from health and safety to personal style," he said. "Fashion-forward design matters because wearables are visible and personal. NovaWatch is built to feel natural on the wrist and relevant in daily routines," he said.

More details such as specifications, pricing and availability will be shared closer to launch.
