Punjab, April 30 (ANI): All 13 constituencies in Punjab are observing polls in seventh of the nine phased Lok Sabha polls on Wednesday. As many as 253 candidates are contesting from various parties. These also include BJP's Arun Jaitley and Congress' Capt Amarinder Singh from Amritsar. The results of these General Elections are due on May 16.
