Pianist and composer Stephen Devassy is perhaps best known for his works with the likes of AR Rahman, Hariharan and Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. He considers Rahman one of his greatest inspirations, and was also a part of the composer's "Jai Ho" tour.

Starting off at an early age, Devassy has also worked with classical musicians such as Ustad Amjad Ali Khan and has composed for various Tamil movies. Although deeply involved with the Indian music industry, Devassy keeps himself updated about world music and has a diverse set of preferences when it comes to listening to music.

"I always try to learn from whatever music I listen to. That is why I like to keep myself on a par with new releases," he said. "The songs that I am listening to right now have touched my heart so much that I can't stop listening to them. Some of them are new and some of them are quite old. But one thing is for sure, I have learned quite a lot from them."

Let's take a look at what he is listening to right now.
