Lock Upp 2: Ram Kapoor- Gautami lock lips; Ram shouts at Farah Khan, disrespects her; fans call him 'mannerless'

Lock Upp is generating headlines as family members of the contestants have entered the show as guests for a few hours. Television actor Ram Kapoor's wife, Gautami Kapoor, went inside Lock Upp and apologised to Shreya Kalra after she created a ruckus, claiming that Ram Kapoor had forcefully kissed her, while defending her husband. Shreya later said that it's Ram's nature and that he didn't do anything purposely.

Apart from Gautami comforting Shreya, a clip has gone viral showing Ram and Gautami greeting each other with a lip lock. The video has been widely shared on social media.

In the clip, when Ram and Gautami kissed on the lips, netizens reacted with comments such as "Bheege Honth Tere", "Ram sir control" and "Real-life Emraan Hashmi".

Some other comments read: "Kuch toh sharam karo, yeh reality show hai" and "Practice makes a man perfect".

In the recent episode, Ram was seen raising his voice at host Farah Khan, which did not sit well with the audience. Several viewers took to social media to criticise Ram for allegedly "disrespecting" the host.

In the latest episode, the inmates' supporters had to help them win a task and save them from the upcoming elimination. During the task, Ram Kapoor asked his wife, Gautami Kapoor, not to target Akanksha Choudhary. After he repeatedly made the request, Farah scolded him and said, "Toh ek kaam karna, trophy uske de de abhi. Why didn't you say the same thing for Shilpa then? When everyone ganged up on her?"

Ram responded by raising his voice and said, "Because Shilpa is my enemy, she is not. I am owning my truth." Farah appeared miffed by his tone and response.

The clip surfaced online, with several viewers calling out Ram for allegedly disrespecting Farah. One comment read, "Even I felt bad, but Farah didn't let that show on her face. Respect the host or don't sign up. And Ram came out and went on to do the same with Pam."

Another commented, "Ram was shouting so rudely at her. No basic manners or politeness towards the host. She should have punished him for that. She is doing a great job as a host and jailer. Also hats off to her patience as that man was acting so vile."

Another Reddit user wrote, "Farah is too good for this show. I absolutely hated Ram for raising his voice at Farah. Farah showed him who she is by being calm. He won't raise his voice against Salman."

Another comment read, "It doesn't matter if he's known Farah Khan for so long or even Riteish for so long. At the end of the day, he's a contestant and she's a host. He cannot talk to her like that."

Another wrote, "Dude, I was taken aback by that. Farah should have yelled back at him!!!"

This is not the first time Ram has been involved in a heated exchange with the show's hosts. Earlier in the first week, the actor had reportedly got angry with the makers and refused to follow Riteish Deshmukh's instructions until he was given water.

Earlier, Ram Kapoor had also left everyone baffled with his candid response during a conversation with Apoorva Makhija, when he truthfully said that the first thing he wanted to do after stepping out of Lock Upp was to "make love" to his wife, Gautami Kapoor.

It happened during breakfast when Apoorva asked, "What's the first thing you want to do when you get out of here?"

Ram replied, "Make love to my wife. I don't think I can be more honest than that. I am not saying this for effect but because I am missing that."

Adding to the drama, Vikas Gupta, who entered as a visitor in the latest episode of Lock Upp 2, reignited his feud with Shilpa Shinde as he blasted her over her remarks on contestant Shivangi Joshi and Ram Kapoor, including comments about "virginity" and Ram's weight.

Vikas accused Shilpa of spreading toxicity and said that she spreads "negativity everywhere".

He said, "Aap kitni badtameez hain, aapko maalum hai? Aap ne kitni gandi baatein boli uske (Shivangi) ke baare mein? Matlab itni badtameezi... Ram Kapoor ko bola iss mote ke saath soungi main." ( You are mannerless) 

He clarified that it was not a joke and told Shilpa, "You are this person and you spread negativity everywhere. No one can change you. Not Shilpa ji, only Shilpa."

Vikas further said, "Kisi ki personal life ko itni badtameezi se nahi karni chahiye. Ek ladki ki virginity discuss kar rahe the on National Television? Sharam nahi aayi?" ( You should be ashmed for talking about someone's virginity)

Shilpa had earlier defended herself, saying, "Bahar ki jo sachai hai woh main bol rahi hoon. Jisko jaise lena hai le le."

Lock Upp 2 is hosted by Farah Khan and Riteish Deshmukh, and the grand finale is set to take place this weekend.
