A lot is happening in Delhi in reality,  protests, unrest, and a tense atmosphere. Amid all this, everyone's focus has shifted to the Jantar Mantar and Parliament House issue. However, for hardcore reality show lovers,  Lock Upp 2 is also grabbing headlines.

For the last three days, Lock Upp 2 has been witnessing high-voltage drama from Ram Kapoor allegedly forcefully kissing Shreya Kalra, as claimed by her, to Harshad Chopda showing the middle finger to Shreya Kalra. In case you missed the updates, we've got you covered.

Shreya Kalra accused Ram Kapoor of crossing personal boundaries, saying that if he tries to kiss her again, she would stop him and tell him that even her father "doesn't kiss" her this much.

Shreya slammed Ram for failing to support her in the leadership vote.

'Don't kiss me now.' Shreya Kalra tells Ram Kapoor as he forcefully kisses her

It so happened that Shreya was speaking to Shilpa Shinde in the locker room area after contestants were asked to vote for their team leader. Shivangi Joshi secured the highest number of votes to become the team leader, while Akanksha Chamola, who received the second-highest votes, was named the second leader.

Shreya was heard telling Shilpa, "When Shivangi was doing her task, Ram sir came very close to her. So Harshad said, 'Don't come so close.' As soon as he moved, he said, 'Sorry.' What sorry? That man comes and spits when he speaks. Say it to his face. He literally spit all over the fucking place."

She further said, "Maintain some boundaries. And this time, if he tries to kiss me, I'm gonna hold his mouth and be like, 'My father doesn't kiss me this much, don't kiss me now.' I lived three times for you, and you don't even lift a finger. I should be ashamed of his seniority. I spit on these seniors."

Ram Kapoor's wife and actor Gautami Kapoor has now come out in support of her husband.

In a video, Gautami dismissed the allegations, branding Ram as anything but "sleazy", and urged people not to pass harsh judgments based on edited episodes. She also said she would stand by her husband till the very end.

She began by saying, "I had actually decided not to speak up regarding the show Lock Upp, but I think the last 2-3 days are kind of restraining me from being silent."

"So, I came here to speak today on behalf of my husband. A lot of people are passing judgments and comments, saying that he's a sleaze, he's a tharki (pervert), he's an old man who has some vested interests. So let me tell you guys that this is the way Ram is."

Gautami continued, "I'm not defending him for the way he is, but he's a man who is all heart, and he went into the game show or the reality show without any strategy or plan. So I think that is what is coming across."

"If he was being sleazy, then I'm sure the inmates would have called him out in the initial days of the show."

"Then why is it now that suddenly there's this uproar and people are talking about it? I mean, what is the reason? The only reason I can see is that, yes, he did not support Shreya as the gang leader, which maybe he should have done because she's done the tasks brilliantly for him and she supported him all the way."

"So maybe he should have, but that's one's personal decision. So I don't want to comment on that. Also, I want to tell you that we watch the show in the comfort of our homes, and the inmates have been locked up for the last 4-5 weeks without any contact from the outside world."

"So it must be really tough, and it must be such a mind game that we don't even have an idea about. Also, let's not forget that the episodes are edited. We don't know what the whole story is. We only see the edited version. So before passing these heavy and toxic comments, please understand that all these things are trickling down to our family. Please be a little considerate of that. And I wish all the contestants, all the inmates, all the very best. I'm definitely going to support my husband till the very end. Ram, we love you, and we are rooting for you. All the best."

Gautami captioned the post, "So easy to make assumptions without actually knowing the real person! @iamramkapoor always so compassionate and loving, be it woman or man! Countless people he has helped and we have all their blessings, hence this too shall pass! I stand by him today and always! Play the game with mind and not only heart. #RealIsRare."

The latest episodes saw the inmates divided into two gangs, led by Shivangi Joshi and Akanksha Chamola. The promo for the upcoming episode shows a scuffle between Shreya and her gang leader, Shivangi, over food. While Shreya wanted to eat separately, Shivangi insisted that she sit with everyone else in the hall.

Harshad Chopra shows middle finger to Shreya Kalra in Lock Upp

Harshad then stepped in, asking Shreya to listen to the gang leader and follow her instructions. When Shreya asked him not to interfere, Harshad got angry and showed her the middle finger before walking away.

Harshad and Shreya have been at loggerheads since the very first week of the show. Early on, Harshad accused Shreya of trying to manipulate him, even though she had simply extended a hand of friendship. Since then, the two have shared a turbulent relationship. Last week as well, Harshad almost aggressively charged towards Shreya after seeing Shivangi cry because of her.

Many called Harshad's act of showing the middle finger childish and an overreaction.

The newly released promo also shows Harshad Chopda and Shivangi Joshi finally addressing the constant "love angle" surrounding them. After Shilpa Shinde repeatedly referred to the duo as "lovebirds", Harshad lost his cool and strongly defended his friendship with Shivangi. The heated argument escalated to the point where wildcard contestant Apoorva Makhija, popularly known as Rebel Kid, compared the actor to "Kabir Singh."

The promo begins with Shilpa saying, "In dono lovebirds ke liye main bilkul adjust nahi karungi" (I will not adjust at all for these two lovebirds), after Harshad and Shivangi asked for a separate cell.

Reacting to the remark, Shivangi said, "Ek second, ye lovebirds lovebirds kya kar rahi hain Shilpa ji?" (One second, why do you keep calling us lovebirds, Shilpa ji?)

Later, Shilpa is seen taking away Harshad's gym mat and sleeping on it. When Harshad asks where it is, Shilpa replies, "Main so rahi hoon uspe, nahi dungi." (I'm sleeping on it. I won't give it back.)

She then shoos him away, saying, "Jao yaar, lovebirds." (Go away, you lovebirds.)

Losing his patience, Harshad hits back, saying, "Bakar kyun karti hain yaar, lovebird lovebird." (Why do you keep talking nonsense, calling us lovebirds?)

He further adds, "Dosti nahi dekhi hai kabhi zindagi mein." (Have you never seen friendship in your life?)

Defending Shivangi against the repeated remarks, Harshad says, "Shaadi ki umar hai, afwahein uda rahi ho uske baare mein aap." (She is of marriageable age, and you are spreading rumours about her.)

Reacting to the intense confrontation, Apoorva later tells the cameras, "Harshad ka Kabir Singh dekha hai aaj hamne." (Today we saw Harshad's Kabir Singh avatar.)
