Rajinikanth, who celebrated his 64th birthday on Friday, along with the release of his latest film "Lingaa", thanked Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, DMK head K Karunanidhi, actor Amitabh Bachchan, fans and the entire film fraternity for wishing him 'Happy Birthday'.

The actor thanked everyone through his Twitter handle, which is being followed by more than 1.5 million followers.
