Life under Isis control: Mosul citizens risk their lives to blog and tweet the truth
As Mosul has been under Isis control since June 2014, getting accurate insights from of the city is very difficult. Some citizens – such as those writing anonymously for the Mosul Eye platform – risk their lives in order to inform the Western world how life is under Isis control, in a city under siege.
