Consumer electronics giant LG has unveiled another flagship smartphone dubbed as V10, just a day after the company launched the new Google-affiliated Nexus 5X.
The new LG V10 boasts some unique features that makes the new smartphone stand-out among the rivals. It features premium SAE grade 316L stainless steel based frame, the very same hypoallergenic material used to make surgical tools and high-end watches.
On the rear-side, it is covered by an equally impressive Dura Skin based shell, which is soft to touch, but is also sturdy enough to withstand daily wear and tear. It is also capable of surviving accidental drops.
Another key attribute of the LG V10 is that it houses two separate display panels -- one primary screen with 5.7-inch QHD Quantum IPS screen and a secondary display 2.1-inch QHD Quantum screen on top, which is always active to show notifications like weather, messages, time, date and battery level.
To top it off, LG V10 also comes with 5mp dual-lens camera to capture fine quality selfie. It offers two options 80-degree angle for user-only selfie capture and another 120-degree wide-angle for group-selfie.
As far as rear-side camera is concerned, the 16mp snapper is the same as the one found in the LG G4, but the former comes with one additional feature of manual video-mode option, which capable of capturing professional high-quality video. The latter has this feature for still camera shots only.
LG V10 availability details:
The company has confirmed that the new V10 will be made available initially in LG's home market Korea this month and later will be released in US, China and select regions in Asia, Latin America and the Middle East.
