Lenovo K920 Vibe Z2 Pro Specifications Revealed ahead of Official Launch on 5 August

Top PC maker Lenovo has revealed the specifications of flagship device Vibe Z2 Pro, just ahead of its official launch on 5 August.

Company CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) Arthur Wei posted (via Wiebo) a snapshot of the Vibe Z2 Pro and also spilled the beans on the device's internal hardware details. In the picture, we can see the phone's gold hued back, with a square camera module on the top right corner with dual LED flash and also the 'VIBE' embellishment at the center. If closely observed, the phone's rear seems to boast a metallic finish.

Though the quality of the image is good, it is very hard to cipher whether the phone's cover is made of premium metal or just plastic-based faux metal shell, like we see in the LG G3 [to view the image, click here].

As far as the specifications are concerned, the new Vibe Pro 2 is a major upgrade over its predecessor Vibe Z, both inside and outside. It sports a mammoth 6.0-inch QHD IPS screen, with a staggering 2560x1440p resolution and ships with Android v4.4 KitKat OS (with custom Vibe v2.0 UI) powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 series quad-core processor, which can clock close 2.5GHz CPU speed.

The new Lenovo phone is backed by sumptuous 3GB RAM, 32GB inbuilt memory and high-capacity 4000 mAh battery, enough to run the power-guzzling 6-inch QHD screen for an entire day.

As of now, there is no word on Vibe Pro 2's price and release date details as such but the company is certain to disclose all the relevant information at the official launch event scheduled on 5 August.
