Noida based company Lava launched the low cost tablet PC E-Tab Xtron+ in India on Friday.

Lava E-Tab Xtron+ sports 7.0-inch IPS multi-point TFT LCD touchscreen with 1024x600p display resolutions and runs on the latest Android mobile OS v4.2.2 Jelly Bean powered by a 1.5GHz Cortex-A9 dual-core processor with Mali 400 quad-core graphics engine.

It packs 1GB DDR3 RAM, 8GB inbuilt memory which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card and also houses two-cameras-one 2.0-megapixel main snapper and another 0.3-megapixel VGA camera at the front. New Lava tablet boasts Wi-Fi and 3G (only through USB dongle) for internet connection, but the only disappointment is that it does not feature Bluetooth.

Lava E-tab Xtron+ is now available at online shopping mart Flipkart.com for ₹6,990. The company is giving away attractive incentives such as free 'Vedic Maths' package worth ₹4,000 from Meritnation.com and free 'Career Booster' package and 20-percent discount on courses offered by Edukart.com.

The new Lava tablet PC is the successor of E-Tab Xtron which was launched only a few months ago, in February this year. It is now available for ₹6,499 at Saholic.com.
