Emerging Indian electronics maker Lava on Tuesday launched the PC E-Tab Connect tablet in the market with an affordable price tag.
The new tablet sports a 7.0-inch capacitive touch screen with 480x800p display resolution and runs on Android mobile OS v4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich powered by a single core processor with 1GHz CPU speed.
E-Tab Connect is currently available on Flipkart.com for ₹8,499.
On the very same day, Lava's Indian counterpart Micromax too released a voice-calling 7.0-inch tablet called PC Funbook Talk P360 for ₹7,049. It too sports a similar 7.0-inch screen with 480x800p display resolution and runs on Android v4.1 OS Jelly Bean powerd by 1GHz processor.
