New Delhi, Nov 13 (ANI): Reacting to a comment made by Mumbai Congress Chief, Janardhan Chandurkar over stripping Lata Mangeshkar of Padma, Bharat Ratna awards, BJP Leader, Nitin Gadkari on Wednesday said that the awards were not given by Congress and they had no right on them.
