Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone's last wedding reception in Mumbai saw the big-wigs of Bollywood attending the event in full swing. The who's who of the industry made their presence felt by dancing away all night.
A few faces which we weren't really expecting to see were also there at the reception. We are pleasantly surprised to Kareena Kapoor at the party, who has not had a very cordial equation with Deepika Padukone ever since her break-up with Ranbir Kapoor. Kareena had also taken a few digs at Padukone over her taking over the films Bebo had rejected.
We were also surprised to see Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt not attending the reception but, it was later revealed that the duo could not make it due to work commitments.
We were also surprised to see Katrina Kaif, who happens to be Ranbir Kapoor's ex, at the do. Since Deepika had once said that Karan Johar's coffee couch that she would not invite Katrina to the wedding, this indeed was surprising. However, Katrina, who looked like a million bucks, did have a gala time at Deep-Veer wedding reception.
As per an interview in Bollywoodlife, Katrina Kaif said, "I did dance the night away. I was one of the last people to leave, I must confess that, and I do think that I ate at least half of their chocolate fountain with the marshmallows. I think I need to control myself next time. It was a lovely reception, and everyone had a really nice time. They both looked absolutely lovely."
Things seem to have turned normal and cordial between the two leading ladies of Bollywood, as following the party, Deepika started following Katrina Kaif on Instagram. Now, all we can say is, all is well that ends well!
