Lakme Fashion Week Finale: Kareena Kapoor Khan Sizzles in Manish Malhotra Creation [PHOTOS]

Bollywood's favourite designer Manish Malhotra concluded the Lakme Fashion Week Winter/ Festive 2014 with exquisite, rich creations.

Showstopper Kareena Kapoor Khan sizzled in a ravishing metallic purple lehenga paired with a diamond and silver studded open jacket.

Varun Dhawan, who also walked the ramp, looked suave in a jute jacket and pair of jodhpurs. To add quirk to his appearance the "Humpy Sharma Ki Dulhania" actor wore black Lennon sunnies. A visibly thrilled Dhawan also took to Twitter to express his excitement, "#catchmeifyoucan walked for @ManishMalhotra1 at the lfw finale."

Bordered with flowers, the runway had Malhotra's army sashay down in ensembles with fluid silhouettes and featured enough glitz to hold everyone's gaze. In a nutshell, the show was well received and applauded for its mesmerizing content.

The finale also witnessed new found friendships and equations in Bollywood. Known for being Karan Johar's 'close friend', Kajol stepped in alone while the former was seen posing for the shutterbugs along with Aamir Khan's wife Kiran Rao.

Another surprise sprung, when Priyanka Chopra attended archrival Kareena's show. When it comes to their go-to designer's show, Bollywood probably loves to leave bitter-sweet relationships behind.

Kajol, Johar, Chopra, Huma Quereshi, Karisma Kapoor, Richa Chadda, Juhi Chawla, Dino Morea, Sridevi and Boney Kapoor, Aditi Rao Hydari, Esha Gupta and Gauri Shinde attended the finale.
