Kuldeep Yadav kisses Vanshika Singh after varmala ceremony; Dhirendra Krishna Shastri Maharaj blesses newlyweds

Indian cricketer Kuldeep Yadav tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend, Vanshika Singh, on Saturday, March 14, in a grand ceremony held in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand. Several cricketering personalities, spiritual gurus and celebs attended the wedding, including Yuzvendra Chahal, Rinku Singh, and Tilak Varma. The ceremony was also blessed by Bageshwar Dham Baba.

During the ceremony, Baba Bageshwar placed a Patki of Lord Balaji on Kuldeep Yadav and presented him with a picture of the deity, offering his best wishes for their married life. He also met Kuldeep Yadav's family members and blessed them all.

The first wedding photos of the couple are out, and the couple exuded vibrancy by opting for bright outfits, finally stepping away from traditional pastel bridal couture.

For the saath pheras and varmala ceremony, Vanshika wore a heavy red lehenga with the dupatta draped over her head. Her ensemble was complemented by traditional bridal jewellery, including a red chooda.

Kuldeep Yadav wore a beige-golden sherwani adorned with detailed tonal embroidery. He paired the outfit with a matching turban decorated with a jewelled kalgi and accessorised with layered pearl kantha necklaces.

Photos and videos from their varmala ceremony have gone viral. In the clips, the couple respectfully follows the rituals, gazing into each other's eyes. Kuldeep hugged and kissed Vanshika after the varmala ceremony.

Close friend and fellow spinner Yuzvendra Chahal also shared pictures from the wedding.

Vanshika, an administrative professional with the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), who also pursued higher studies in Melbourne, has been a steady presence in Kuldeep's life since his U19 cricket days.
