Here is good news for KTM enthusiasts. Latest reports suggest that the Austrian motorcycle manufacturer has started sending invites for an event, which would see the launch of the company's hotly anticipated 250 duo- KTM RC250 and Duke 250 in Indonesia.
A report of Iwanbanaran.com confirms the launch of KTM RC 250 and Duke 250 in Indonesia; however, the report did not specify the exact launch detail.
Another report of Otonity.com claims that the launch of the duo, who made their debut at the Tokyo Motorcycle Show, has been postponed from 18 August to 21 August due to internal issues.
As for the oily bits, KTM RC 250 and KTM 250 Duke will be powered by the downsized version of 373 cc engine, which does duty in 390 versions. The engine can generate 31 hp of power at 9,000 rpm and 24 Nm of peak torque at 7,250 rpm currently.
Although the new KTM 250 models are produced at the Bajaj-KTM Chakan plant, Pune, the launch of the same in India are unlikely as of now.
