TV actor Kritika Kamra married sports anchor Gaurav Kapur in an intimate ceremony at Gaurav's Mumbai home on March 11. The couple then hosted a wedding reception on March 13 in Mumbai, attended by many from Bollywood. The couple has since kept things low-key, sharing only a wedding video and photos from their reception on their Instagram handle. Days after their wedding, Kritika and Gaurav have been spotted separately but not together. Since then, fans have been waiting to see the couple posing together.
On Thursday, Kritika and Gaurav attended an event, and the newlyweds walked in hand-in-hand, immersed in love and lost in each other's eyes.
For the outing, Kritika opted for a satin-style sleeveless net top and paired it with tall flared pants. While Gaurav wore a casual shirt, a T-shirt and jeans.
Netizens slammed Kritika for her choice of outfit. Many said she looked dull and didn't have the radiant newlywed glow. Many even posted regressive remarks asking why there was no mangalsutra or sindoor. Some mocked Kritika's outfit, saying she wore a nightdress and lingerie, while others made nasty comments claiming she wore her "first night" dress.

For the special occasion, Kritika wore a red Chanderi saree, specially woven for her and gifted by her mother. Gaurav perfectly complemented the theme of the evening in an ivory and gold traditional ensemble designed by Raghavendra Rathore.
They also posed for the shutterbugs outside Gaurav Kapur's Bandra residence after their wedding. Later, they hosted a reception party attended by several guests from the film and television industry.

Gaurav was previously married to actress and model Kirat Bhattal. They tied the knot in 2014 and reportedly divorced around 2021.

Kritika Kamra was last seen in the Amazon Prime original Saare Jahan Se Accha in 2025. The actress will reportedly next appear in an upcoming women-led drama directed by Anusha Rizvi of Peepli Live fame.
