Kris Jenner, who has appeared on several television shows including "Keeping Up with the Kardashians", is apparently pissed off after being bombarded with calls and text messages by someone who claims to possess a sex tape starring her.

The person, who claims to have the alleged sex tape, told Jenner to pay up a big amount or else TMZ would release the video but the gossip site has said that the allegation was baseless.

LA County Sheriff's deputies, who went to Jenner's house on Tuesday to investigate the matter, said that the television personality received up to 300 phone calls, voice mails and texts a day in the last few weeks from the person, reported TMZ. Jenner also told the police that the caller even said that it was her daughter Khloe Kardashian, and not her, who actually featured in the tape.

It was earlier reported that Jenner had beefed up security around her family fearing that the man, who has been disturbing her with calls and text messages, could be a stalker.

"At first she thought it was a joke, because she knew it couldn't be real," a source told Radar Online. "Obviously she would never allow herself to be taped like that! Initially, she just ignored it."

"She thinks he could be following her," added the source. "She went out to eat and then got a text from him saying 'Are you enjoying the restaurant?' This person knew where she was."

It may be recalled that Jenner had stated last year that she had made a sex tape with her now-estranged husband Bruce Jenner but it was quickly erased. She now claims that there is no such tape.

However, her daughter Kim Kardashian had hit the headlines in 2007 after her sex tape with then-boyfriend Ray J was leaked on the internet.
