New Delhi, Oct 06 (ANI): BJP Kirti Azad on Sunday lashed out at the Congress party over the Telanagana issue and said that the during former NDA's regime three new states were formed and sweets were distributed but this time the way Congress has managed it has only led to protest and strikes.
