The R Balki directorial, "Ki and Ka," didn't impress the critics, but the audience seemed to have liked the film. Kareena Kapoor Khan and Arjun Kapoor-starrer turned out to be a hit at the box office, thus the lead actress of the film hosted a private dinner party April 10 to celebrate the occasion.
Shah Rukh Khan, Sonam Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Kangana Ranaut, Arjun Kapoor, Parineeti Chopra, Ranbir Kapoor, Farhan Akhtar and Karan johar attended the bash. SRK, Sonam, Farhan and other celebs arrived at the party after attending the royal dinner with Prince William and Kate Middleton at the Taj Palace Hotel.
Kangana arrived at Kareena's house wearing a lip-collared shirt with a scalloped cropped blazer and matching shorts. Sonam was seen in an Elie Saab Couture gown, which she was wearing at the royal dinner as well. Alia and Parineeti also appeared in the same outfit to the success bash.
Bollywood celebs had earlier lauded "Ki and Ka" on social media and have highly appreciated the actors' performances. The flick deals with a unique concept. The story is about a married couple that has a different lifestyle compared to regular couples. In the film, Kia (Kareena) is a career-oriented woman and the breadwinner of the house, whereas Kabir (Arjun) is a cool house-husband.
Balki delivered a beautiful message with his film, which failed to mesmerise the critics. Amitabh Bachchan and wife Jaya made special appearances in the film.
Meanwhile, Kareena and Arjun are busy with their respective projects. Kareena will next be seen in Shahid Kapoor and Alia-starrer "Udta Punjab," while Arjun will soon start shooting for "Half Girlfriend."
