New Delhi, Oct 01 (ANI): After a major embarrassment for jail authorities when seven prisoners escaped from Madhya Pradesh's Khandwa jail in the wee hours on Tuesday, Congress leader Satyavrat Chaturvedi said that the incident happened due to security lapses and action must be taken against those responsible for it. Further, he said that the incident proves how careless BJP is even about its own governed states.
