The class 12 exams were conducted in March by the Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE). The HSE exams are important as it help students to decide their college and the course they prefer to pursue. Good scores help the students to get admission in reputed colleges.
Kerala Board Class 10 Results Declared
The DHSE declared the SSLC exam results (class 10) on 16 April. The class 10 exams were held from 10 March and ended on 22 March. The exam results were declared in record 19 days. This year, the pass percentage for the class 10 exams was 95.47 and 4.42 lakh students were declared eligible for the higher education, reported India Today.
More number of boys appeared for the class 10 exams compared to the girls. However, girls outshined the boys with a better pass percentage. The girls recorded a pass percentage of 96.53 percent as against the boys' pass percentage of 94.44. The success rate of this year's class 10 exams had increased compared to last year.
