New Delhi, Dec 28 (ANI): Former Chief Secretary of Delhi Umesh Sehgal on Saturday said that the promises made by the national capital's Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to the people are not going to be fulfilled. He said that there are many hurdles and legal processes for changing or amending nay existing law or system, which is not possible to take place in a few hours or days. Sehgal also said that every financial aspect has to pass through higher order in the system which takes its due course of time.
