Kunal Kapoor, Radhika Apte, Gulshan Grover and Saurabh Shukla starrer "Kaun Kitney Paani Mein" is a satirical film which talks about water scarcity, but it fails to make a powerful impact with its storyline.

The film has flaws, but it managed to entertain viewers with some fun moments, critics said.

Surabhi Redkar of Koimoi.com said: "Not a sure shot recommendation, but Kaun Kitney Paani Mein makes an effort to be an eye-opener. The film has its moments of hits and misses so if you want to step out for a cine-watch that is not particularly commercial, you could watch this one!"
