Katy Perry Warns Australian paparazzo Jamie FawcettFacebook/Katy Perry

Katy Perry has expressed her anger over the Australian paparazzi, including Jamie Fawcett, for harassing her during a walk at the Obelisk beach in Mosman in Sydney. She also warned them against publishing any of her photographs without her permission.

The celeb was enjoying her weekend in Sydney during her Prismatic World Tour when a group of photographers chased Perry at the Obelisk Beach and snapped her in a bathing suit, reported News.com.au.

The 30-year-old singer took to Twitter to express her wrath over the Australian media, as she wrote, "Australian Press: you should be ashamed of your paparazzi and tabloid culture. Your paparazzi have no respect, no integrity, no character. I was stalked by many grown men today as I tried to take a quiet walk to the beach. These men would not stop as I pleaded over and over to let me have my space."

"Many other people stopped to try to help but the paps continued to laugh at me and hold their barrels up and shoot. They told me make a deal with them. Give them a bathing suit shot and they would leave me. This is perverted and disgusting behaviour that should never be tolerated, especially by people who do not want this. I will never make a deal with paparazzi and I will not befriend anyone who perpetuates this kind of behaviour," she added.

The series of tweets by the pop princess continued with the photos of paparazzi and a warming to the Australian press. "Remember AUS anyone printing or posting unauthorised photos of me in a bikini from these DISGUSTING/PERVERTED OLD MEN is AGAINST my will!" she tweeted.

Meanwhile, Perry singled out prankster Fawcett in her tweet and threatened him by saying, "Also remember Jamie Fawcett we hv pictures of ur tiny penis & rather large gut. Ur a true sicko for taking pictures of us while being naked."

Though the pop star claimed she took Fawcett's nude photos, she did not publish his image under the list of Australian paparazzi who were chasing her at the beach.

However, there are reports that Fawcett will meet lawyers to clarify whether Perry's tweet could count as defamation of him.
