Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton's sister Pippa has reportedly expressed a desire to join ABC's dancing reality show "Dancing with the Stars", a new report stated.

She has reportedly contacted professional dancer Derek Hough to help her land a deal with the network so that she could compete in the upcoming season of the show, one of Kate's bodyguards dished to Star Magazine, reported Celeb Dirty Laundry.

"She wants her sister's fame, that's for sure. I heard she is desperate to be on Dancing With The Stars, but the palace asked her to back off. They felt it would sully the image of her sister, the Duchess of Cambridge. Well, I tell you she did not care! She contacted Derek Hough, and he is a big fan of the idea," the source said.

The media outlet noted that although Hough is enthusiastic about having Pippa on the show, this might not become a reality as Queen Elizabeth would go to great lengths to prevent such a thing from happening.

Celeb Dirty Laundry reported that the Queen despised Kate's commoner family, and Pippa joining the dancing reality show "would be an absolute mockery of their royal family and everything they stand for."

One of the guards also spilled to Star magazine the secret on how Kate maintains her slim figure. Apparently, the Duchess got back into shape after her first pregnancy by taking up pole dancing.

"She agreed to have lessons as a bit of a laugh," said the source.

"She was so nervous about being seen or recognized, she used to wear a scarf around her head as a disguise. But she loved it!

"She tells everyone it was great exercise. She told me that a woman should always have secret talents up her sleeve!"
