Earlier, it had been reported that Kareena Kapoor Khan had replaced Katrina Kaif in Rhea Kapoor's film, which will feature four actresses. The recent buzz is that the "Ki and Ka" actress agreed to do the film, but wanted her character to be the lead in the film.

"Rhea's chick flick, "Veera Di Shaadi," however, will revolve around a big fat Punjabi wedding. The essence of the film will be about four girls on a journey from Delhi to Europe and it will culminate in Veera's wedding. Kareena loved the script and the idea of acting in a chick flick for the first time, she made sure that hers had to be the meatiest role and that the story revolves around her character. Kareena is being very choosy about her roles now," DNA quoted a source as saying.

The film will also feature Swara Bhaskar, Shikha Talsania and the director's sister, Sonam Kapoor. Being a supportive sister, Sonam has reportedly agreed to be the second lead of the film for Rhea. "Also, she (Kareena) adds star value to the film, which otherwise only has Sonam. It just makes the project much bigger. Rhea had to bow down to her diktat and inform Sonam, who is a sensible girl. She agreed to play the second lead. Of course, everyone is hush-hush just now till they all start shooting in July," the source added.

The film, "Veera Di Shaadi," looks like a crazy girls' trip and the concept reminds of Hollywood films, "The Sisterhood of The Travelling Pants" or "Bridesmaids." Will Rhea's chick flick receive the same attention like Zoya Akhtar's "Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara," which was on boys' trip? Only time will tell.

Meanwhile, fans are excited to see these divas in a single frame. If Kareena bagged the lead in the film, then she might play the Veera of the movie and Sonam as her closest friend. Swara will be the third friend and Shikha will be the fourth one.
