Karan Johar, who holds the distribution rights for the Hindi version of Bahubali 2 (Baahubali-The Conclusion), is delighted by the overwhelming response at the box office. And rightly so as KJo has already made a fair amount of profits from the film's four-day collection at the domestic box office.

Bahubali 2 has been having a dream run at the box office as it has been shattering all records. Directed by SS Rajamouli, the Hindi version of the movie has already grossed over Rs 150 crore nett at the domestic market in just four days of its release.

The day-wise breakup of the Hindi version of the magnum opus is Rs 41 crore on day 1, Rs 40.50 crore on day 2, Rs 46.50 crore on day 3 and Rs 40.25 crore on day 4, taking its total nett box office collection in India to Rs 168.25 crore.

According to sources, Karan had paid a whooping amount of Rs 70 crore in advance to the makers of Bahubali 2 to get the distribution rights of the Hindi version. That suggests the kind of confidence Karan had on the success of Bahubali 2.

Deducting the entertainment tax, the nett collection of Bahubali 2 Hindi stands at around Rs 115 crore. Thus, Karan has not only recovered the advance payment that he had made for the rights of the movie, he has already made a decent amount of profits from the investment.

Considering the superb collection that Bahubali 2 Hindi has been making even over the weekdays, the movie is expected to create history in terms of box office figures for any Indian movie. Karan will certainly end up grabbing a huge amount of profit from this investment, and thus, he has all the reasons to have that wide smile on his face.

The film-maker has been sharing the collection of Bahubali 2 Hindi on Twitter, and his tweets reflect his joy. "When the MONDAY behaves like day 1...It's no longer a cinema celebration it's a cinema revolution! Monday (Hindi) at 40.25!!! #Baahubali2," he tweeted.
